We want to make sure you love your purchase. Because our store offers both Digital Downloads (Blueprints) and Made-to-Order Merchandise, different policies apply depending on what you ordered.

Refund Policy: All Sales Final

Due to the immediate nature of digital assets, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on architectural plans, CAD files, or materials lists once the download link has been sent.

If you have trouble opening or accessing your files, we will ensure you get a working copy immediately.

Refund Policy: Quality Guarantee

Every item in our collection is responsibly crafted individually for your order. As such, all sales are final, and we cannot accommodate returns for sizing or personal preference.

However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We will provide a complimentary replacement for:

  • Defects in material or craftsmanship
  • Damage incurred during transit

How to Report a Quality Issue (Merch)
If your physical item arrived damaged or has a production error, we will fix it fast!

1. Take a clear photo of the item on a flat, well-lit surface where the error is visible.
2. Email the photo and your Order # to contact@support.mydreamtinyhouse.com.
3. We will issue a free replacement or refund within 24-48 hours.
Cancellations
Physical Orders: You can edit or cancel your order via the link in your confirmation email before it goes into production (usually within 1-2 hours of purchase). Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Digital Orders: Because download links are sent instantly, digital orders cannot be canceled.
When will I get my refund?
PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
International Orders & Customs
Physical orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges determined by your country. We are unable to calculate these in advance. You are responsible for payment of any such fees imposed by your local customs office.
